- Ensure proper satisfaction of KYC documents
- Liaising with cross functional teams - Credit/Business/Compliance/Accounts for smooth delivery of transactions
- Regularly tracking and monitoring of cases with the Business team and driving closure of necessary documentation
- Management of key lending partnerships end to end operations
- Managing the day to day to disbursement and preparation of various MIS
- Coordination & completion of tasks within deadlines
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
