Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Chittorgarh. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, Recruitment & Selection process, Talent accquasition and handling various HR management tasks.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in an academic setting is a plus
