Paid Ads Specialist - LinkedIn, Meta & Google (3+ Years Experience)

**ey Responsibilities**:

- **Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn Ad campaigns** for B2B lead generation and brand awareness.
- Run and manage advertising campaigns across **Meta (Facebook & Instagram)** and **Google Ads** platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Monitor daily budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with goals.
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and new advertising features.

**Requirements**:

- **Mandatory: At least 3 years of experience in managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns.**:

- Proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
- Deep understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and performance metrics.
- Strong skills in audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and ad pixel setup across platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- Certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing).
- Experience with B2B or SaaS ad campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,051.78 - ₹25,000.00 per month
