**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of LAN/WAN networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Provide support for firewall, routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Perform routine network system checks and backups.
- Assist with network security and data protection measures.
- Collaborate with the IT team on network upgrades and implementation of new technologies.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and issues.
- Respond to support tickets and resolve user-reported network problems.
- Learn and stay updated with current industry trends and networking tools.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and network protocols.
- Understanding of routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking.
- Familiarity with network operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the IT infrastructure domain.
