Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Therapist at a spa located in Noida. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for providing spa services to clients. Daily responsibilities include massaging the client’s muscles and soft tissues, assessing clients’ physical and emotional needs, and developing and implementing customized spa treatments and plans. The Spa Therapist must also maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to all state and local regulations.

**Qualifications**:
Valid certification or diploma in Massage Therapy or Spa Services

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional spa or massage setting

Knowledge of a variety of massage modalities, body treatments, and other spa services

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a strong client base

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

State licensure or certification in Massage Therapy or Spa Services is preferred, but not required

Knowledge of aromatherapy, reflexology, and hot stone massage is a plus

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
