- **Training Development and Delivery**:Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for spa staff, covering various treatments, therapies, and protocols.

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in various massage techniques, spa treatments, and therapies.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively train and interact with staff and clients.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to motivate, guide, and manage a team effectively.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to address issues and find solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to plan, schedule, and manage various tasks and responsibilities.

Additional Requirements:

- **Experience**: Previous experience as a spa therapist or in a related field is often required.
- **Certifications**: Certifications in massage therapy or other relevant fields may be needed.
- **Education**: While not always required, a relevant educational background (e.g., cosmetology, esthetics) may be beneficial.
- **Team Management**:Lead and mentor spa professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- **Spa Operations**:May be involved in managing the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- **Product Promotion and Sales**:Train staff on how to effectively promote and sell spa products and services, potentially including upselling techniques.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
