Key Responsibilities Client Consultation and Assessment Greet clients warmly and make them feel comfortable upon arrival. Understand the client’s needs, preferences, and medical conditions through consultation forms or discussions. Suggest suitable treatments based on individual requirements and wellness goals. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical standards. Providing Spa Treatments Deliver a variety of treatments such as massages (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, reflexology, etc.), facials, body scrubs, wraps, manicures, pedicures, and other wellness therapies. Use professional techniques to relieve stress, improve blood circulation, and enhance relaxation. Ensure treatments are performed in a hygienic, safe, and effective manner. Adjust pressure levels and techniques based on client comfort and preferences. Maintaining Hygiene and Safety Standards Keep treatment rooms clean, sanitized, and well-organized at all times. Follow strict hygiene protocols, including sterilizing tools and using fresh towels, linens, and disposable supplies for each client. Maintain proper storage of oils, creams, and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle chemicals and skincare products safely to avoid allergies or reactions. Customer Service and Relationship Management Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients have a relaxing, positive, and satisfying spa experience. Offer expert advice on home care treatments and wellness practices. Recommend spa packages, additional services, or retail products that suit the client’s needs. Address client feedback and resolve complaints professionally. Administrative and Operational Duties Schedule client appointments and manage bookings effectively. Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and billing information. Keep track of product inventories and notify management when stock is low. Assist in promoting spa offers, memberships, and seasonal packages to increase business growth. Required Skills and Competencies Technical Skills Knowledge of different massage techniques and spa therapies. Familiarity with skincare treatments and cosmetic products. Understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pressure points to deliver effective treatments. Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
