- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively listen to clients' requirements and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations to meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolution of any client issues.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, discuss new opportunities, and gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations or reports to clients on service performance, key metrics, and progress towards goals.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts and work towards achieving revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to stay informed about industry developments and provide strategic insights to clients.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits and features to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales activities, and communications in the CRM system.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
