Job Description: International Sales SME

**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead and motivate a team of international sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company's global market presence.

3. Provide coaching and training to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.

4. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

6. Monitor and report on team performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

7. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging open communication.

8. Establish strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business success.

9. Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate relevant insights into sales strategies.

10. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in international sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a diverse sales team.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. In-depth knowledge of global markets and cultural nuances.

5. Strategic thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

6. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.

7. Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM software.

8. Bachelor's degree

9. Willingness to travel internationally as required.

10. Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
