Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for exhibition stall designs and fabrication projects.
- Analyze project requirements, technical specifications, and design concepts to determine material, labor, and time costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and design integrity.
- Source and negotiate prices with vendors and suppliers for materials, rentals, and services.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of material costs, labor rates, and supplier contacts.
- Work closely with design, production, and project management teams to understand project scope and requirements.
- Provide input during the design phase to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and present budgets to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain records of estimates, purchase orders, and expense reports for future reference.
- Assist the sales team in client meetings by explaining cost estimates and providing alternative solutions to fit budgets.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. A background in exhibition or event management is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost estimation within the exhibition, event, or interior design industry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software.
- Familiarity with CAD drawings and 3D design tools for understanding project layouts.
- Knowledge of materials and fabrication techniques used in exhibitions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
