- Post job openings on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
- Ensure job descriptions are accurate and appealing.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
- Assist in defining the recruitment strategy for different positions.
- Evaluate basic technical skills or competencies if applicable.
- Plan and coordinate recruitment events, such as job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and open houses.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the company.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,428.89 - ₹32,706.15 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
