**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Training and mentoring the students for product based job roles.

2. Monitoring and providing constructive feedback to the students.

3. Designing of problem statements to thoroughly evaluate the understanding of the students.

4. Brainstorming optimal solutions to ubiquitous problems.

5. Contribute towards building a knowledge base for the students.

6. Continuously upskill oneself with the latest niche technologies.

7. Mentoring and guiding students for Competitive Programming contests.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Excellent communication skills accompanied with exceptional clarity of thought.

2. Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy way.

3. 300+ solved problems on competitive coding platforms such as HackerRank, HackerEarth, GeeksforGeeks etc.

4. Participation in Competitive Programming contests of repute such as ICPC, Google Kickstart, CodeChef Long Challenge etc. is an added advantage.

5. A reputable rank in an online coding platform carries additional weightage.

6. Certifications such as CCDSAP also carry additional weightage.

**QUALIFICATION**: A computer science professional with a relevant computer science degree who is

adept in coding.
