Quality Assurance Associate

Perform QC/QA review of communications by sampling delivered communications, and review the content to ensure it was displayed correctly, and that all required information is included.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance of the Document Management & Control (DMC) Team processes who provide regulatory and transactional communications to participants.
- Assign sample of cases to consultants to review and report findings maintaining specified production/ efficiency metrics to ensure consistent and reliable service quality metrics
- Partner with the business leaders to provide timely updates and insights on the current process.

Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience
- 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

Physical Requirements
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
