**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and provide information about visa and immigration services.
- Explain visa processes, eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly and professionally.
- Follow up on leads and maintain proper records in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the counseling team for client meetings.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all client interactions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
