Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Conceptualize, plan, shoot, edit, and produce engaging video content (reels, tutorials, behind-the-scenes, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

2. Product Promotion: Showcase skincare products in creative ways through unboxings, tutorials, routines, before-and-after results, and customer testimonials.

3. Audience Engagement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in skincare and social media to create relevant content that aligns with audience interests and current platform trends.

4. Brand Representation: Maintain consistent visual and brand tone across all video content while reflecting the brand’s core values and aesthetics.

5. Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop video strategies that align with product launches, promotions, and overall brand growth.

6. Analytics and Optimization: Track video performance metrics (engagement, views, shares) and optimize content based on insights to improve reach and interaction.

7. Stay Trendy: Monitor competitors, influencers, and skincare trends to continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

Qualification:
