**Job Title**: Accounts Associate - SDM

**Job Summary**:
As an Accounts Associate in a dynamic food-tech company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining day-to-day financial records with a keen eye for accuracy. Your responsibilities will include managing payables, reconciling supplier accounts, processing inventory transactions, and ensuring compliance with established policies. Proficiency in various bookkeeping software, including Zoho Books, Excel, Tally, and others, is essential for success in this role.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Bookkeeping**:

- Keep accurate day-to-day entries in financial records.
- Ensure precision in bookkeeping, covering supplier invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Check and manage payables, including reconciliation of supplier accounts.
- Record day-to-day purchase invoices and accounts payable transactions.

**Inventory and Production**:

- Process daily inventory scrap and stock transfers.
- Perform daily closing of production orders.
- Follow up to clear vendor advances and goods received but not invoiced.
- Communicate with vendors to obtain necessary documents.

**Journal Entries**:

- Record daily journal entries, including petty cash transactions and cash handling.
- Follow up to clear vendor advances and goods received but not invoiced.
- Communicate with vendors to obtain necessary documents.
- Work with online banking transactions.

**Reporting and Analytics**
- Prepare daily and monthly reports such as R&M, expenses, etc.
- Support the finance team in managing required databases.
- Maintain documentation control by organizing and keeping both soft and hard copies of documents.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in vendor management, book-keeping and inventory management, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant software and technology in supply chain management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
