**What we're looking for**:
Position Overview

Roles and Responsibilities
- Resolve issues escalated by the operations & customer support teams.
- Document, test and implement new patches, enhancements & upgrades.
- Provide clear, concise, and customized documentation that is appropriate for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring for global support personnel.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and standards around operation of the systems managed by the team.
- Be available during off hours to handle operational escalations of major incidents, service degradations, or system outages.
- Monitor and perform relevant health checks across assigned service platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and support for all planned and unplanned events.
- Participate in the technical mentoring, training and education of team members.
- Provide recommendations for improvement and refresh of messaging and collaboration architectures.
- Provide clear, concise documentation that is appropriate for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide direction, knowledge transfer and mentoring for global support personnel and customers.
- Hands-on experience with IronPort ESAs is strongly desired.
- Experience with disaster recovery planning/testing for a small to medium enterprise.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Must have 2-4 years of engineering-related experience in a role where the the primary function is supporting Active Directory and Exchange in a geographically-dispersed environment with at least 5,000 users.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2008/2012/2016, DNS, DHCP,
- WINS & Active Directory, Exchange, Print Services.
- Experience with Office 365 and Azure AD.
- Experience with PowerShell
- Must be able to successfully execute against project tasks and deliverables.
- Must be able to create and maintain clear and easily understandable
- documentation for the current and proposed state of systems within the scope of the position.
- Basic understanding of networking, firewalls, and security.
- Ability to analyze, propose, and implement complex workflows and process improvements.
- Responsibility for uptime and restoration of service in an enterprise
- environment.
- Experience adhering to a change management process for all production changes.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to coordinate multiple demands and be highly self-motivated.
- Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service in a

professional environment.
- Experience logging, tracking, and resolving issues within a ticketing system
- such as ServiceNow or Remedy.

Physical Demands / Work Environment
- Light Physical activity may be required
- 24x7 On-call support as assigned on a rotating basis
