"- Should have a good understanding of Identity and Access Management platform framework and functions.
- Should have good basic skills and conception understanding of Windows Architecture
- Should have good basic skills and conceptual understanding on Networking basics
- Should have very good knowledge on User Access Management Process; Auditing and Reporting
- Active Directory engineering, support, migration
- Active Directory design and support Group Policy Object (GPO), Active Directory (AD) Schema and users and Organization Unit.
- Good knowledge in DNS records, especially SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
- Should have good understanding of Microsoft Azure Active Directory and its Features & Functionalities like AAD SSO, AAD MFA, AAD B2B, AAD B2C, PIM, RBAC, Conditional Access, SSPR, AIP, Azure AD Application Proxy, Cloud App Security, Azure RMS
- Should have good understanding and knowledge on Hybrid Cloud concepts for Microsoft Identity and Access Management
- Should have very good hands-on experience to add/remove/modify ACL, advance ACL, change ownership on File and Folder NTFS Permission on local, network file servers, DFS.
- Incident management and Operations experience in Office 365 Exchange Online,Teams (Sharepoint online and Onedrive extra advantage)
- Configuration of Azure AD Connect.
- Working experience with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office365), Active Directory, Exchange, and Azure to solve L2/L3 incidents or service requests.
- Working experience with EMS (Enterprise Mobility Suite), Yammer, Azure AD for Microsoft 365 Identity - Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS/WAP) and Directory Synchronization (AADC/DirSync), eDiscovery
- Microsoft 365 Exchange Online administration (domains, policies, transport rules, etc.)
- Microsoft 365 monitoring service health, removal of user accounts, and management of service requests
- Microsoft 365 Spam administration
- Microsoft 365 Licensing administration
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Administration and Troubleshooting of Windows 2012 /2016/2019 servers
- Administration and Troubleshooting of Microsoft Clustering
- Working in 24X7 global environment.
- Strong in Communication skills, with both verbal and written in English.
- Should have good knowledge on ITIL Process.
- Should operate within customer standard operating procedures
