
Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, quotations, proposals, and contracts. Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, coordinating with other departments for seamless order fulfillment. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses and resolving issues. Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports or analysis as needed. Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and events, as well as assist in organizing sales training programs. Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports and forecasts. Collaborate with the inventory team to manage stock levels and communicate with suppliers regarding product availability. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations and materials. Facilitate effective communication between the sales team, customers, and internal departments. Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar sales support or administrative role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Analytical mindset and ability to generate sales reports and analysis. Knowledge of inventory management processes is a plus. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
