
Workflow Coordinator

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination and follow-up skills, along with working knowledge of Excel to manage and track operational tasks efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, communicative, and able to work collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth process execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily tasks and processes across various teams (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Customer Support).
- Maintain and update tracking sheets, task lists, and reports using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Follow up with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist in preparing basic reports, trackers, and status updates for management.
- Escalate delays or issues to relevant stakeholders promptly.
- Support documentation of processes, SOPs, and timelines.
- Ensure proper communication flow and task alignment across teams.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration preferred).
- Experience: 1–2 years in a coordination, admin, or support role (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
- Skills:
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, data entry, formatting)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive attitude
