Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Coordinate the sales process from product procurement to delivery, ensuring timely despatch.

Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to senior management.

Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent after-sales support.

Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and follow up on leads.

Oversee inventory management and ensure products meet industry safety and quality standards.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering repeat business.

Manage the company's CRM system, ensuring all records are up-to-date.

Train and mentor the sales team to improve productivity and performance.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales coordination or management, preferably in the automobile industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred

Experience in the automobile industry.

Knowledge of sales strategies and trends within the market.
