Floor Supervisor is responsible that all processes in the workshop are in line with Jeep standards and to ensure that the offered service to the customer is completed in time and with the highest quality

Manage and lead technicians in all aspects, responsible for the efficiency and utilization of technicians by assigning jobs to technicians.

Ensuring successful distribution & execution of all repair orders based on the workshop loading system

Ensure accurate & timely processing of all the job completion and update status to workshop manager

Monitor daily workshop capacity and job planning as per demand capacity from the service pre-booking

Ensure the sourcing of all the parts & consumables required to complete the work.

Highly knowledgeable to offer technical inputs to the technicians, wherever required

Invoice requisition to all completed jobs to service costing / warranty /parts and other paid works.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
