We are looking for executive for customer support for our MNC client at location, Rohad, Jhajjar, Haryana. The primary focus of this role is to be the all-site work customer complaint, Panel commissioning, PLC programming, short supply material installation in supplied panel, Panel PPM, and panel modification work.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for panel commissioning to achieve targets as per given time frame.
- Responsible for attending customer complaint at phone/Video call for productivity improvement.
- Ensure smoothly resolve panel operational fault as per customer requirement.
- Responsible for smooth operation of panel at the time of panel commissioning If required any small modification in panel he should be capable for doing this after discussion.
- Responsible for implementation of applicable standards and group guidelines like, QMS, EMS and Legrand way guidelines.
- Responsible for doing rectify fault in panel at the time of panel commissioning/ modification.
- Take appropriate safety measures to ensure zero accidents at site.
- Support with all service team for work as a teamwork.

**Functional Competencies**
- Knowledge of all make switchgear, relay & meters as Legrand, L&T, Siemens, Schneider, ABB, etc.
- Knowledge to handle fault finding at the time of panel is in breakdowns.
- Technical knowledge about the product & Electrical Panel & knowledge of Engineering drawings & ability to prepare component drawings for site modification work.
- Panel commissioning Process and quality orientation.
- Problem solving and planning skills.

**Qualifications, Role Specific Knowledge and Experience**
- Diploma or BE/Btech in **Electrical** engineering with 1 - 3 years' experience in **panel** industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of PLC programming/relay setting/ panel testing /Panel commissioning procedure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
