Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports to assess the effectiveness of CRM strategies and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements. 7. User Training and Support: Train employees on CRM best practices and provide ongoing support to ensure the system is utilized effectively. 8.Data Privacy and Compliance: Ensure CRM data complies with relevant data protection regulations, such as GDPR, and establish and maintain data privacy practices. 9. Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve CRM strategies and address any issues promptly.
