Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Provide first-level technical support to users for basic IT issues.
Help in troubleshooting network, system, and connectivity problems.
Support daily IT operations like system backups, updates, and security checks.
Maintain documentation of IT assets and support requests.
Learn and work on new technologies as guided by senior team members.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
Good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
