**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors warmly, answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining filing systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries about properties and services, and handling any issues that arise.
- Prepare and process real estate documents, including listings, contracts, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Oversee the front office environment, ensuring it is organized, well-stocked, and presents a professional image.
- Coordinate meetings, open houses, and property showings, ensuring all logístical details are managed effectively.
- Maintain and update client and property databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data entry.

**Profile Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 year experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
