**TIBCO Administrator L2**” to join our team in “
**Chennai ,Bangalore and Noida".**

**Requirements**:

- Member should possess the following Technical skills - TIBCO BW, TIBCO Administrator, TIBCO EMS
- Tibco EMS: concepts, Creating JMS destinations (Queues, topics, durables), Bridging and Routing in EMS, EMS SSL Setup, Administration using tibemsadmin
- Sound knowledge in SSL certificate generation and renewal on time
- Good experience in Infrastructure setup and alert mechanism
- Maintain SLA/OLA within the threshold for Incident Tickets raised by Dev & Application team
- Focus on Incident, change management as per IT Service Management
- Good knowledge of ticketing tool - Service Now
- Coordinate with Infrastructure team like Linux admins, DBA, Network team, Storage team to ensure that the environment is stable and runs efficiently
- Ability to work with Tibco Vendor Support and SA SME on issue items
- Maintain Tibco knowledge base, standard operating procedures (SOPs) Train and mentor junior team members
- Participate in DR (disaster recovery) Test / COB (continuity of business) tests
- Effectively communicate with managers, peers, and business partners on deliverables, timelines
- Good command of Linux environment
- Willing to work in different shifts and on weekends

**Good to have skills**:

- Shell/Bash scripting knowledge
- User Management and access management. Creating a clustered BW domain
- Configuring the environment, installing hotfixes and minor releases, and installing new versions of the TRA, Hawk, BW, EMS, and TIBCO Administrator software, automation initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in TIBCO BW, TIBCO Administrator, TIBCO EMS
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
- Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
