**Network Security Administrator L2 - Job Description**

**Job Title**: Network Security Administrator L2

**Key Skills**: Network (LAN/WAN), Security, Firewall(Cisco/Fortinet), L3, L2 LAN Switches (Cisco/HP/DELL/D-Link/TP-Link/Fortinet), Networking, Switching, Policy Based Routing, bgp, eigrp, vtp, Etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network and security systems and solutions to protect against cyber threats
- Threat Research Analyst: responsible for researching and analyzing emerging cyber threats, and developing methods to protect against them
- Regularly monitor and analyze DC & DR environment (Perimeter devices, Application and Database Servers, Network devices) for any security alerts and take necessary action to mitigate the risk
- Create security policies and guidelines
- Conduct user awareness sessions on latest security threats
- Monitor and Manage All Network and Security Systems Like, Router, Firewall, L2 Switches, L3 Switches, Load Balancers
- Work closely with Internal IT Team to create Firewall policy/profile and Application criteria policies
- Ensure Antivirus agents are updated on all Servers, desktops and generate a status report fortnightly
- Configure policies for Deep security agents
- Hands-on experience on Cisco Routers (ASR/ISR Series) and Switches (6500/4500/3850 Model) & Firewall (Cisco & ASA)

**DEPARTMENT**: Internal IT/Customer Position

**Experience**: 3 to 5 Years

**QUALIFICATION**:BE/BTech/MCA/Bsc Computer Science/BCA - Years of Experience: 3-5 Years.

**EMPLOYMENT TYPE**: Permanent

**LOCATION**: Chennai

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
