- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
- Letter drafting & Office File Work responsibilities include day-to-day admin.
- Handling Incoming calls and other communication
- Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form
- Printing and photocopying
- Maintaining office systems

- must have good MS office expertise
