**About the CEO and Co-Founder**:
Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.

**Responsibilities include**:
1. Manage the end-to-end supply chain for key accounts across GT, MT, IC, E-commerce and corporate partners

2. Work on negotiating deals/implementing programs at scale

3. Work using data and analytics while building on client conversations

4. Work seamlessly with large cross-functional teams and meet timelines

5. Work with the team to correct market working discipline, daily targets vs achievement tracking

6. Maintain the organization standard w.r.t. quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, price and persuasion for accounts

**Other requirements**

1. Analytical skills with excellent organizational skills

2. Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

3. Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial drive to excel

4. Knowledge of the B2B supply chain (a plus)

5. Good communication skills
