
Recruiter Intern

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Assist in the development of job postings and recruitment marketing efforts.
Participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus drives.
Support the team with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects related to recruitment.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS software is a plus.
