**Job Purpose
To ensure ground implementation/ adherence of all regulatory compliances as per defined SOP and guidelines received from Corporate/ Circle. Extend support to all CS business users in understanding compliance requirements. Conduct audits of regulatory processes as per defined guidelines and publish compliance reports.

**Key Result Areas/ Accountabilities
- Timely submission of regulatory reports and ensuring accuracy of reports through proper validation
- Conduct corp mandated process audits within specified timeframes
- Ensure timely closure of NC points and identify process improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance on all mandatory communications, CAG workshops, CAG appointments, and other adhoc regulatory requirement
- Completion of M&B audit and timely closure of observations if any
- Analyse & Monitor CS spends

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- Strong knowledge of system & Processes
- Good Analytical skills
- Ability to work across teams

**Must have technical / professional qualifications
Graduate/ Preferred MBA woth 5-7 years of Telecom experience in Customer service role

Basic Knowledge of Excel and Access

Timely Completion of Audits and 100% NC closures
