Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance.
- Help in conducting internal and statutory audits by gathering and organizing relevant documents.
- Help in maintaining accurate financial records and ledger on day-to-day basis.
- Assist with tax preparation, 1 computation, and filing of returns (e.g., GST, Income Tax).
- Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws.
- Help in preparing and maintaining statutory registers and records.
- Support the preparation of board meetings and general meetings, including drafting agendas, notices, and minutes.
- Assist in the filing of statutory returns and forms with regulatory authorities (e.g., MCA, ROC).
- Conduct research on corporate law, governance, and regulatory developments.
- Coordinate with various departments for the preparation of reports and documentation related to compliance.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Help in the process of incorporation of companies and other corporate restructuring activities.

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
