Evaluate and analyze the existing post-sales processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights related to post-sales activities.

Customer Satisfaction Enhancement:

- Monitor and assess customer satisfaction metrics related to post-sales interactions.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through post-sales services.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Utilize data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from post-sales data.
- Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Process Optimization:

- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline post-sales workflows.
- Work closely with relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of optimized processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Collaborate with sales, customer support, and product teams to understand the end-to-end customer journey.
- Foster strong communication channels to address post-sales challenges and opportunities.

Documentation and Training:

- Document updated post-sales processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on new and optimized post-sales workflows.

Technology Integration:

- Explore and recommend technology solutions to enhance post-sales operations.
- Collaborate with IT teams for the implementation of relevant tools and systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 0 to 1 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on post-sales processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
