Student Compliance Associate

Review and verify the authenticity and accuracy of documents submitted by students during the enrollment process in Virohan’s courses. Work closely with the admissions team, academic departments, and other stakeholders to verify and authenticate student records.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist students in understanding and completing the necessary paperwork, providing guidance and support as required.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all documents submitted by students.
- Establish a reliable system for tracking document submissions, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
- Document all communication accurately and comprehensively to ensure a clear record of interactions.
- Fast and accurate typing skills to input large amounts of data efficiently and correctly.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of data entry and avoid mistakes.
- Effective time management skills to meet strict deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and keep track of large amounts of data systematically.
- Ability to adapt and learn new software and processes quickly to stay up-to-date with technological advancements and changing work requirements.
- Basic knowledge of excel
- Have good problem-solving skills and good team spirit
- A team player should be able to receive and give constructive feedback
- Should be able to effectively communicate with different stakeholders
- A strong customer (student) focus
- Any Post Graduate/ Graduate fresher who is hardworking, honest and diligent

**Job Location**:Gurugram (Work from Office)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
