**Salary**: 9,000 to 12,000 INR per month (In-hand) + PF + ESI

**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

SSR Staffing Solutions is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Phone Banking Officers. As a Phone Banking Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through telephone interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance with banking products and services.
- **Client Support**: Assist clients with account-related queries, including balance inquiries, transaction details, account closures, and other banking-related services.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and offerings to clients.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk in all interactions with clients.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the company's database or CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent & A bachelor's degree.
- **Freshers And Experienced both can Apply.**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and proficiency in local languages.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, empathize with clients, and effectively address their needs and concerns.
- **Attitude**: Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, adaptability to change, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
