**Responsibilities**:
The specialist will form part of a team responsible for the upgrade program Must have.
- Must have experience with **migration from Banner 8.x to 9.**:

- Must have experience of converting **Oracle Forms to Banner 9 Pages.**:

- Demonstrable Banner technical skills and experience
- Experience with **Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, PL/SQL, Restful APIs.**:

- Experience with **Banner 9 Page Builders** and **Morphis framework**.
- Experience with Unit testing like **JUnit**.
- Nice to have Server-side technologies like **Groovy** and **Grail.**:

- **Experience** with the followings**:(i) CI and CD** tools like Jenkins **(ii)**Git **S**ource control (iii)**DevOps** and **AWS cloud computing (iv)**Database systems like **Postgres** Or **MS SQL Server** Or **Oracle.**
- Understand and resolve user queries over MS Teams, Zoom, etc.
- Prioritizing the requests with users to meet the defined SLA’s.
- Documenting ticket resolutions and responses for clients as well as internal teams.
- Experience working with **UK customers** will be an added advantage. He/she will be reporting to the client directly
- Proficient in English speaking and good communication skills to manage face to face interaction with users and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- BE/BCS or Equivalent CSE/IT
