**Job Title: Sales & Office Coordinator**

Location: NSP, Pitampura, Delhi

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000/month + up to ₹15,000 performance-based incentive

Experience: 2+ years in sales coordination, admin, or telecalling
About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, well-organized individual to handle sales enquiries, follow-ups, and office coordination. You don’t need a background in architecture—we’ll train you. If you’re confident, tech-savvy, and eager to grow, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Communication & Support:
Handle daily sales enquiries from Instagram, Justdial, website, etc.

Schedule meetings for the director/design team

Coordinate between sales leads and the internal team for smooth onboarding
Office & Team Coordination:
Maintain attendance, task tracking sheets, and project updates

Support with appointment scheduling, documentation, and office supplies

Help the director in preparing reports and managing daily operations
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)

Basic CRM knowledge (lead tracking, status updates, follow-ups)

Proficiency in AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Google AI, etc.) to boost productivity

Friendly, responsible, and eager to take initiative
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm
Office Location: NSP, Pitampura, Delhi

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:
