Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to, the generation of new leads, patient phone screenings, and scheduling appointments. The Patient Counselor will be responsible for educating the patient on procedures through Zoom or in-office consultations.

**Responsibilities: -**
- To minimize the doctor’s time by explaining and clearing the doubts of the patients.
- To explain about the intensity of the disease and to encourage the patients to come for follow-up.
- Clarifying the doubts of the patients over telephone or in person and replying to the letters.
- Preparing yearly calendar for proper functioning.
- Must encourage the patients and increase the census of incoming patients.
- Managing clinical care including various treatment plans for the assigned patient case.
- Communicating and coordinating with doctors, therapists, and patients on regular basis.
- Documenting various types of reports and associated paperwork.

**Freedom To act: -**
- To introduce innovative ideas in the counselling practices
- Taking independent decisions on managing the general out-patient department counselling

**Qualification: -**
- Well organized and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time quickly and accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to work closely and effectively with doctors, clinic staff and understanding patient needs.
- Ability to remain personable and empathetic with the patient’s needs and concerns.
- Ability to work independently “and” as a valued member of the team.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from patients. Listen attentively.
- Ability to follow established protocols.
- Demonstrates flexibility in job assignments.
- Strong communication skills required to effectively explain laser vision correction, help patients to realize their lifestyle goals, and guide them through a decision-making process.
- Work processing and Computer skills.
- Atleast High School, diploma or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Regular / Permanent
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹13,282.02 - ₹43,184.42 per month
