**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Requirements Gathering**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather information effectively.

**Analysis and Documentation**:

- Analyze and document complex business processes and workflows.
- Create detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and process maps.

**Data Analysis**:

- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and identify trends.
- Work with data architects and engineers to define data requirements.

**System Integration**:

- Evaluate and understand existing systems and processes for potential improvements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement effective system integrations.

**Solution Design**:

- Work with stakeholders to design and propose effective and feasible solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the implementation aligns with business needs.

**Project Management**:

- Participate in project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

**Stakeholder Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
- Conduct regular status updates and presentations.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop test cases and ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and validate that solutions meet business requirements.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience with data analysis and familiarity with databases is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- **4+** years of experience as an Business Analyst with a focus on leadership roles.
