Hiring for OPT Recruiter position

Work Location : Begumpet, Hyderabad

Work Mode : Onsite from day 1

Shift Timings : 6.30 PM IST - 3.30 AM IST (MONDAY to FRIDAY)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience in recruiting OPT/GC/H4-EAD/L2-EAD/ US citizen hiring with effective hands-on experience on various job boards. i.e. Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, TechFetch, etc.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.
- Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
- Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
- Good Negotiation, Sourcing and Networking Skills.
- Having a clear view on the skill sets of the consultants & explaining to the teammates.
- Should have some understanding about the immigration process.
- You need to have some understanding of the IT skills that are trending in the market
- Knowledge of visa classification terms, rules, and guidelines
- Good knowledge of tax terms such as C2C, W2, 1099 is required.
- Should be able to educate the consultants.
- Ability to make calls every day to the consultants.
- Ability to interact, develop Student network and get the **OPT**/CPT/EAD
- Need to coordinate for technical screening
- Must be able to maintain contact with Consultants on a daily basis
- Better to have experience in On-boarding W2 Consultants as well
- Arrange schedules for technical interview.
- 1+ Year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Should be active in social media
- Decision Making, Time Management and prioritize the work accordingly
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent Verbal and written skills
- should have Good Communication Skills.
- Good knowledge on US Visa and US tax terms

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
