Front Office Executive

Guest Reception: Greet guests warmly, handle check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.
Reservation Management: Manage room bookings, cancellations, and updates in the hotel’s reservation system.
Guest Assistance: Address guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services, and assist with special requests.
Telephone Handling: Answer calls professionally, handle inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
Payment Processing: Handle billing, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Coordination: Communicate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to meet guest needs and maintain smooth operations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
