**Role Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic **IT Recruiter** with strong experience in **engineering design hiring** to support our fast-growing technical teams. The role involves sourcing, screening, and closing niche engineering design and IT roles while partnering closely with project managers and business leaders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **end-to-end recruitment** for **engineering design roles** (Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, CAD, CAE, PLM, and related domains).
- Coordinate **interviews with design leads and technical panels**; manage feedback and offer rollouts.
- Collaborate with HR & Admin for onboarding coordination and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain relationships with **colleges, training institutes, and design communities** for future talent sourcing.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Engineering, or related).
- **1-2 years of experience** in IT or engineering design recruitment.
- Strong understanding of **design software tools** and technical terminology.
- Excellent sourcing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
