- Identifying new business opportunities and follow-up with defined prospects over the phone

- Targeting inactive customers and retaining them in they stem
- Documenting user feedback, activities and opportunitiesc curately in the CRM system.

Skills required:

- Good understanding of English & Local Language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales or customer service role
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Excel, Google Sheet etc.)
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Educational Qualifications expected
- 1+ years of sales/customer service experience Graduation in any specialisation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
