Position: Accounts Executive - Overseas Accounting & MIS
Academic Qualifications: B Com Graduate + Inter-CA

Experience: upto 5 years’ experience as accounts executive or junior accountant

CTC: 400,000/- per annum
- Preparation & finalization of Financial Statements
- MIS reporting monthly period close, Variance Analysis
- Preparing Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly balance sheet & profit & loss A/c
- Review General Ledger account balances for compliances & internal control
- Preparation of various reports/statements/MIS
- Assisting the senior finance head in various functions
- Normal Banking, documentation & Forex.
- Responsible for monthly closing
- Monthly accounts reconciliation with overseas agents.
- Follow-up with overseas agents for payments
- Bank Receipt entries against payments received from overseas agents
- Bank payment entries made to overseas agents
- Adjusting unadjusted amounts
- Rasing debit notes and issuing credit notes wherever applicable.

**Desired Skills/Knowledge**:

- Spoken and Written communication in English
- Advanced Excel skills such as VLook Up, advanced Excel formulas, Pivot, etc.
- Must possess good speed in Excel
- Must have a high learning desire and ability

**Location**: Sakinaka, Andheri (E)

**Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM**
