**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Oversight**:

- Supervise and support service units within the assigned area.
- Ensure all outlets adhere to company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance and compliance.
- **Customer Service Management**:

- Address escalated customer issues and complaints promptly.
- Train staff to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement measures.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise, train, and evaluate performance of unit supervisors and service staff.
- Motivate and mentor team members to achieve targets and maintain morale.
- Coordinate staffing needs, including recruitment and scheduling.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue opportunities for service expansion and customer acquisition.
- Support local marketing and promotional activities to boost visibility and sales.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on area performance, KPIs, and customer service metrics.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Compliance and Quality Control**:

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain quality control procedures and take corrective action where necessary.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory or field officer role, preferably in the service sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple units.
