**Job description**

**Position Overview**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, **Business Administration**, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of **combined experience in administration and accounting**, preferably in a construction or steel fabrication environment.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP**, **MS Excel**, and **MS Office Suite**.
- Strong knowledge of **GST**, **TDS**, payroll, and statutory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations including maintenance, supplies, and documentation.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communication, filing, and recordkeeping.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and schedules for internal teams and management.
- Support project teams by tracking contracts, invoices, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll processing.
- Facilitate recruitment activities and onboarding of new employees.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings on time.
- Monitor inventory and reconcile raw materials and finished goods stock.
- Upload daily reports and scanned invoices to the centralized system.
- Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and monthly reporting.
- Support audit preparations with accurate financial and administrative documentation.
- Maintain company licenses, certifications, and ensure timely renewals.
- Identify process improvements for better administrative and financial efficiency.

**Experience**:

- Administrative Officer: 7 years (preferred)
