Job Description:

NOEL INFRASTRUCTURES PVT LTD. is hiring a skilled Shuttering Foreman with solid experience in residential and commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing shuttering carpentry work at site, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all shuttering (formwork) activities at the construction site.
• Read and interpret structural drawings for accurate shuttering implementation.
• Coordinate daily tasks with the site engineer and construction team.
• Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.
• Maintain safety standards and work quality.
• Manage and guide the carpentry labor team effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in shuttering/formwork for building construction.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and system formwork methods.
• Ability to lead labor teams and manage site productivity.
• Must be experienced in both residential and commercial structures.
• Location: Chennai (local candidates or those willing to relocate preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹72,872.19 per month
