Job Title: Channel Sales

**Job Description**:
As a Channel Sales at one of the esteemed real estate company, you will play a crucial role in onboarding channel partners to collaborate with our developer firm. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring their successful integration into our business ecosystem. Meticulous record-keeping and effective communication skills are essential for this role to drive partner engagement and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential channel partners to establish strategic collaborations with our developer firm.
- Lead the onboarding process for new channel partners, guiding them through the necessary documentation and agreements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and support needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner satisfaction, retention, and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, transactions, and agreements using CRM software or other relevant tools.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and support in meeting partner objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on key account metrics, performance, and growth opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, offering insights and recommendations to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven minimum 4 years of experience in partner management within the real estate sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the Noida real estate market is advantageous.

Salary Range: 6 LPA to 24 LPA
Job Location: Noida, Sector 04

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
