**Title: Workday HCM**

**Location**: We need someone for a USA restaurant chain work. Working remotely from India for 6 to 9 months. PST hours.

**JD**:

- Manual tester is essential, anywhere in India.
- WORKDAY HCM Knowledge is essential
- Integration of WORKDAY HCM experience is a preference

**Workday HCM Tester (Functional with HCM (Remote 2 **resources **needed anywhere in India)**
- Functional Workday HCM Tester with 8 years’ experience
- Around 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM & testing involving various activities like Integrations, Reports and Workday lifecycle implementation phases like - Requirement gathering, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Go-Live, Support phases.
- Maintenance and creation & testing of Workday Supervisory Organizations, Locations, Positions, Cost centers, Cost Center hierarchies.
- Strong functional implementation and testing experience with Workday HCM and financial modules and developed custom technical solutions to enhance business processes.
- Good experience in Workday testing, Workday implementations, Workday business process configurations, Workday security, Workday Time Reporting, Workday HR and payroll domain, Client and Vendor management.
- Experienced in business processes mapping and Providing Ongoing Production Support for various clients, including requirements gathering, process analysis, system configuration, development of system tests, procedures, and documentation.
- Worked extensively as Workday Integration & Testing Consultant in **compensation, employee human capital management, Payroll** implementations and have designed and developed integrations with **EIB, Core Connector**, **and Document Transformation** as part of a full life cycle implementation project.
- Extensive Experience in developing & testing **Custom Reports, Advanced Reports** and **Calculated fields**:

- Prioritizing, reproducing and verifying bug fixes in different Workday integrations.
- Developed business requirements, Fit/Gap analysis, high-level architectural design and testing, major hands on experience in **inbound/ outbound integrations** using core connector, **Workday studio,** managing business processes, working with **EIB, report writer**, creating workday calculated fields and custom reports, **XML, XPATH and XSLT.**:

- Documentation of standard processes and procedures and preparation for Go-live.
- Create compensation frame work, compensation grades and grade profiles. Created merit plans and initiated merit process and worked on grid configuration.
- Strong understanding of severance and market salary data.
- Configured compensation packages including salary, bonus, allowance, commission and merit plans
- Created commission plans and onetime payment plans
- Developed several compensation reports and experience in BIRT reports to generate compensation statements
- Created new integration to pull the new hires information using **Core Connector** Worker and Document Transformation which uses connector integrations **XML** Output as its data source input.
- Created and enhanced existing reports and Worked with standard and Custom Reports, assigning security to reports primary and related business objects
- Responsible for developing the reporting strategy for the HCM domain. Advised the business on the use of leveraging the Workday standard delivered reports.
- Worked in full life cycle implementations Workday HCM using modules such as HR, Benefits, Total Compensation, Base Compensation, Variable Compensation, Position Management, Profile Management, Performance Management, Recruiting, Payroll and Manager and Employee Self Service modules
- Worked on benefits setup and managed benefits coverage types healthcare plans, insurance plans, retirement saving plans and enrollment events
- Strong understanding of Integrations including **Web Services, Workday Architecture**, **Business Process Framework, Testing and Automation**

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
